The “Residence Vendicari” arises in the heart of the WWF Natural Fauna Oasis of Vendicari. The villas are situated at about 800 metres from the golden uncontaminated sandy seaside of the Oasis of Vendicari, in the unique relaxed atmosphere that only an oasis owns, and in the neighbourhood of Noto, the magnificent Baroque site.

The villa “Airone” (Heron), in a characteristic rural style, consists of a completely restored 120 squared metres farmhouse surrounded by a flourishing lemon field. It is made up of a large living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom with access to a private bathroom through a small ante-room. It sleeps up to 4/5 people.

The studio is made up of a versatile room acting as a living room with a sofa-bed and a kitchenette, a small corridor and a bathroom. It sleeps up to 2/3 people.

The two properties - the villa and the studio - bordering and connected to each other,  are the ideal holiday accommodation for groups and/or families and, together, sleep up to 8 people. On the outside, the farmhouse is surrounded by a private green area, delimited by a lush evergreen hedge and sheltered by the shadow of wonderful pine trees. Showers and lavatories, a barbecue corner and a laundry complete the boundary of the area.

The villa “Fenicottero” (Flamingo), in a more modern style, occupies a 80 squared metres surface and is situated at walking distance (20 metres) from the villa “Airone” and the studio. However, the two villas are completely independent from each other and still can be the perfect choice for those who love travelling in small groups. The villa is made up of a large living room with a kitchenette and a small storeroom, three bedrooms (2 double rooms and a single room) and a bathroom. The rooms are entirely furnished and include air conditioning and heating systems. On the outside the guests will find a large green area with games for children, showers, a laundry and a barbecue corner. A huge independent car parking is at disposal of the guests.
